I am not sure about all these glowing reviews. I have lived there for only a few weeks now and have some pros and cons - unfortunately, the cons are bigger in my mind.

Pros:
Good Location
Nice sized apartments

Cons:
Apartments are only 7 years old, but they, at least mine in particular, looks well over 10 - linoleum in the master bath and kitchen is all tore up - the kitchen countertop has so many scratches and burns on it, it should have been replaced. The carpet has splotches of paint on it (in the center of it, not just outside around the walls) and numerous cigarette burns. Oh, and the person before must have smoked like a chimney - can't get the smell out.
The entry way is really nice until you head down the stairs - then it looks horrible - stains all over the concrete, etc....

The, the bedroom is right next to 3 air conditioning units - the noise of them kicking on and off all night has kept me up more than once...

I don't know what to think about the staff yet - they are hot and cold.

This could be just my bad luck - I would love to see one of the other apartments to compare....
