My electric and water bill is suppose to be meter read to my apartment every month (in fact they charge $10.00 every month and add it to your bill) but yet I have been charged as much for my utilities in my small apartment as when I lived in a 3 bedroom house with a full basement and garage.
I also have mold growing on my windows and breezeways and the manager told me that it was my house keeping. Mold is from moisture coming down the walls due to faulty construction. I also have black stuff coming out of my water taps. I have to clean the mold off them every 4 or 5 days. My coffee pot is also dirty inside from the water.
Also my neighbor had his apartment flooded due to a sprinkler problem.
When I called for bugs in my apartment, the manager told me to buy a can of raid.
