I lived ther a while my apartment flooded as well from sprinkler i had black mold growing in my closet it trashed about $400 of clothes they wouldnt even pay for that they said it was my fault it was there sprinkler i broke my lease with 1 1/2 month to go they want thousands of $$$$ they will never see it they just kept putting bleach on the walls for the mildew wow i work at a apt complex you have to replace sheetrock but avonlea just dont give a SHHHIIITTT
