Ok - I have now lived here for 5 months. It has gotten worse not better. After writing my first review, they did come around and clean up the stains all over the concrete. But they are back and worse then ever (due to our neighbors leaking garbage - you can follow the trail from outside their door and up the stairs) - in addition to the garbage leak trail, they also had a party, which I don't mind, but they stomped all these million of beetles that seemed to appear around the end of August, so we also have dead bug stains all over the concrete in front of the door. I reported it about 4-5 weeks ago to be cleaned up - nothing has been done. In fact, they have laid off half of their grounds crew and said they are very short staffed and he can't get to everything.

In general, the whole complex has gone to hell. They have been trying to repave it for the last 4 weeks, and the contractor they hired is so unreliable it took about 4 tries of them telling us our cars need to be moved, then nothing happening, until it was done - they stil lhaven't completed the whole complex, and it is not that big!

The beetles mentioned above were coming into our apt and when reported, they came out and treated, but hello, if they are getting in, that means there is a space between the bottom of the door and the ground. They put up a guard at the bottom of the door, but there is still a space - you can see where the light comes in. I finally just bought a can of raid and continue spraying outside (which worked, but then there were hundreds of dead bugs outside our door that needed to be swept up becuase they don't do that).

In regards to the utility bills - they are extremely high - they use a billing company, so you don't even know how much you are being charged pe therm for your electricity. It seems like no matter how much you use, the charge always stays the same - I actually calculated it the last 2 months - I used less electricity the second month and the cost was more - doesn't make sense to me. I am waiting to see what this month looks like before calling to complain to someone. And the $10 charge (5 for reading water and 5 for reading the elctric) is absolutely ridiculous!
