This place is really nice with a lot of great food and shopping close by, The office staff is most courteous, that along with the maintenance staff whom have responded in fine form when called upon. It may be a little expensive but the amenities along with the friendliness of the neighborhood make a world of difference to me. The river access is awesome and private.....My office is also close by and that registers a plus or a minus depending upon whom you ask :)
