Good place to live, bit expensive - utility bill evens out

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
For our big 2 bed, 2 bath apartment here, inlcuding all utilities - Electric, water and sewage (no gas here, nothing gas) was coming to us on average 65$ during summer months and whopping 110$ in winter months. Electric part itself used to go at 90$ in winter.
Thus when I add up it is 850$ 100$ around 950$ for month - rent and utilities included here - for a spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment at excellent location accessible to all shopping, to city by state highways.Very decent community, friendly office staff as well as maintenance staff. I see two of them live on community itself, may be all living there. I do not know. maintenance problems usually get addressed on the SAME day, this is the big difference I noticed from other apts - where they take 1 business day at least, that means they come on next day usually.
