So far a nice place to live and they do reinvest into the community with up keep of the grounds and the buildings and how they appear. It is an apartment community so you have all kinds of disciplined people so you have to expect those who don't respect others and are in there own world to live there. This leads to the occasional loud car stereo, horns, talking loud on the phone and the dog owner that doesn't ever pick up after there pet and those who abuse just about everything cause the attitude is its not theirs. But if you can deal with people and you are not one of these people mentioned above then you'd do well here and probable at any other neighborhood as well. Some of the fees can be steep if you got a pet or want satellite tv but i guess its to be expected.
