We just got out of a bad apt experience and were lured by Avonlea's good reviews.I have to say so far this apartment complex has met ande exceded all our expectations from the great staff to the apartment itself.The only small issue I have is with some dog walkers using our front area lawn to let their dog's poop.I mean how lazy can you be with all the great trails and woods there for that' I wish they would clean up the mess if they have to let there dog's do it there.Back to the point, we love Avonlea so far and only hope it doesn't get sold so we (like our old place) so that this good quality of life for apartment living continues.
