Living in Avonlea was fine. I had little to complain about prior to moving out. Their move out policy is horrible. You have to sign an intent to move out, even if your lease is up, 60 days prior to your move out date. Make certain you are aware of this in advance because timly notification of this policy is NOT PROVIDED. You will be charged for every day. The management staff is inconsistent and does not typically return phone calls when promissed.

So you give a bad rating because you don't know move-out policies?? Have you never had an apt?? That's the rule everywhere.
