The apartments are great. They are big and open and pretty well taken care of. The staff on the other hand is terrible. The office is always closed early in the evening and they don't communicate with eachother at all. They send out wrong information to the residents and then change everything without notice. They never call you back when you leave a message and the manager never helps you if you actually get a hold of him. Overall I hated dealing with the office staff but really liked to apartment. As I type this I am waiting on yet another call back....wonder how long I will be waiting'
