I see where some people have commented that they didn't like their experience here, and that may be true for them. My reaction and experience as a healthcare executive is just the opposite. If one calls the front office within business hours, there has always been a timely response. If I need maintenance assistance, I get it quite quickly and effectively. The pools, spa and water falls are relaxing and inviting. The grounds are well kept. Kids of all ages seem to enjoy the atmosphere and amenities. The complex is as safe as any neighborhood, gated with 24 hour guards (my former residence)or non-gated. If there is a minus, it's the width of parking spaces is rather narrow for SUV's and larger cars, at least around my building. Parking opposite the my building in less congested places resolved that issue for me. I'd say the place is "upscale" compared to many apartments in the area I'm aware of.
