Decent Apts, few issues

The apts used to be 5 min from work and so i liked them. They are safe, decent and most people who live here are working professionals.
No "thugs".
There are a few problems.
1. The maintenance staff are ok. I had a problem with a leak that took them 3 attempts to fix.
2. Lots of dog poop around.
3. They remove common amenities without notice(they removed the washer and dryer one day without notice and offered to "rent" them for $35 a month, they will also add this amount to your lease when you renew and call the washer and dryer "free", they actually tried this on me...)
4. Crowded pools and tennis courts.
5. Office staff are very average.
On the Plus side
1. Gate opener(buzzer) for free.
2. Safe
3. Clean
4. gates always work.
5. decent location
I lived here for a yr, i now own a house, else would continue to live here.
