I currently live in the complex & would say that the staff is terrible. Nobody ever knows what is going on and cannot fix anything correctly after 3 trys. The gym is very nice, but the pool is overcrowded with unsupervised children always running around. Lights do not always work in breezeways at night making it unsafe for young females. And they make you pay outrageous deposits that are a hassle to get back. And change rent amounts for returning tenants.
