Be careful with these folks! When you move in take plenty of pictures. We had a 6 months lease on a company apartment. When we moved out we got stuck with a bill for alleged "damage" plus the forfeiture of our security deposit. I agree with the previous writer.... they are very nice when you sign the lease. But when you need their help or cooperation forget it. The odd thing about this is, this is the second person we have leased an apartment for through our company. And this is how they treat us. I recommend that you go somewhere else to lease an apartment. But if you must lease at Aylesbury Farms, take plenty of pictures when you move in or you'll get stuck like we did. Oh and by the way, this is the last time we'll lease from them.
