My experience here has been the worst. At first, when we moved in everything seemed to be OK but later we came to discover, holes in the apt, roaches, pet odor from the carpet that makes you want to throw up (I suppose from the previous renter of the apt). We had asked to have carpet changed but they declined. When you call for service it takes them 2 weeks for the simplest things. They have 4 girls their that do nothing but watch their nails. If you ask for senior management they bring out ANOTHER un-experienced, useless person that has no clue about customer service. This place has an excellent GYM (I guess their way to lure customers) but other than that stay far far away . You will thank me later.
