This place is horrible open drug use by tennants goes basically un-punished, 11 parking spaces for 16 apartments, tennants with garages park in apartment spaces forcing you to park around the block, simple repairs took over six months and have still not been repaired but I am moving out so I dont care anymore, the custodial crew is trashy I personnaly saw them breaking into a car, the gates at the front that supposedly provide security are always broken and stand open, all in all awful save yourself the trouble and pain do not move in here. Oh and if you already live there get out fast now that Johns Creek is its own city rent is going to go through the roof. Also the one draw is the gym however there is always kids in there and they change the door code so often that you can never count on getting in it seems the only people who can figure out the code are the damn kids who just want to play around.
