I have read this site prior to moving in and was very skeptical, fortunately I decided to give it a try, I find it very inmature that someone would decide to put inaccurate information online for the publics viewing. Yes the staff is young but nevertheless, they get the job done, I have had several maintenance request that have all been handled within 24-48 hours. Yes the gate has been broken, but if visitors would stop breaking the gates, then they would be working properly (address your guest if you see the gate is broken). The grounds are very nice and maintained weekly by a professional service. I have never heard of a kid being shot, I have 3 kids and would never live anywhere with such violence. It's sad to think someone would say these thing on a site that people look to use as a relaible source. I do recommend this complex for convenience and affordability.

How much do you pay for your apartment? I would say that considering you have only lived here 1 year, your appraisal of the community is not a fair one and you should not be criticizing anyone for sharing their experiences here. Afterall, it is their own experiences they are talking about and not yours. I have lived here for 6 years and can tell you that the majority of the negative feedback is on the mark. The property continues to get less attention and what IS done is charged back to us as tenants in the form of a CAM fee (which goes up just like the rent). You are entitled to express your opinion as is everyone else.

I have to agree with the response. You need to live there for a longer period and get over the honeymoon phase with the place.
