Would I move here' No...not again..Management is clueless and have no idea what customer service is - repairs...I'm still waiting (since November)..for a complete repair to my living room wall from water damage..Went to the office to give my anticipated notice - no official form was offered for me to fill out nor was I told that a vacate form had to be filled out 60 days prior - two days later when I received notification that my rent was going up if I renewed the lease - I called the office to indicate I would be definitely be moving, nothing was noted in my file and still no offer of a written form or indication that a written form had to be given (60 days prior to move out)..so now management tells me I didn't give sufficient notice - which I did...and thought I would be nice and abide by the "rules"...and when I did - Management put me on a month to month lease!! Never told me..they were increasing my rent for the last 20 days of my lease as month-to-pricing....Also I went by the office several months back - having problems with guests entering the gate using my code - I asked one of the leasing staff to confirm my code (of course confirming my code number meant checking in my file for the correct code)...the comment made to me was "well I would have to pull your file" never offered to get up and pull my file what so ever...like it was something she was not suppose to do..I will move out at the end of my official lease date - and plan to fight this in court if necessary!! I am a professional, never have I been late on my rent...I have kept my apt clean and never have I skipped out on a lease or moved out unexpectedly..One other note...the stone wall in front of my house has numerous loose stones since late last summer - still not repaired!! Walk ways need to be pressure washed, light bulbs in the hallways were out for quite sometime... I have heard of the numerous changes in management...I certainly can understand why if previous management is as uncapable as the current management.
I have not seen or heard of any drug exchanges and/or shootings..thank goodness..
