Just wanted you to know that I didn't even move in yet and they wanted to take my refundable deposit. Way too expensive for what you get. The apartment they showed me was pretty nasty for 824. Poor customer service. Stay away from Raven. Very rude...... I worked with a girl who got her purse/walet stolen in her apartment there. Someone came into her apt. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were different color shades.
