I lived here for only 12 months before I got out of here! Several repairs needed to be completed on my unit when I moved in and I was promised completion within a matter of days. Well, only one request was granted and all of the others remained unresolved. I never once invited my friends over for football parties or dinner because I was ashamed of my apt--ashamed of a place labeled "luxury" that I was spending $850 for on only a 1 bedroom'!'! That is absurd and also why I began after only 3 months counting down the days for the end of my lease, and if it were in my name and NOT my daddy's good name I would have GLADLY ruined my rental history just to move before lease end. Oh, and this was also the first "luxury" community that I lived in that had a MAJOR COCKROACH problem...I frequently battled these monsters on a weekly basis, especially in the spring rainy season. Rude, unhelpful little girls running the property and I hope when they finally grow up, get a big girl job like I finally did at 30 and search for their Dream Property that their experience is WORSE than mine and others posted here!

If you are still renting under you "Good Daddy's name" that tells us something about you the writer. And the other tennants who still reside here are very happy to see you go and very happy you didn't inconvience us with your superbowl parties. Good bye and good luck to your Good Daddy!
