Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
This apartment leasing office has had no less than 7 managers since my arrival 1 year ago. They have kept all of my deposit claiming i did not give them written notice. They want a 60 day notice on a month to month lease. Yes, you read that correctly. A 2 month notice on a month to month lease. I would rather have my hair set on fire than ever step on the grounds again. P.S. The gate never works and they will claim they have a part ordered.
