Aylesbury Farms

A friend of mine rented from this place over a year ago. Now another friend rents fromn here now and I'm not ashamed to say that this place should not be up and running. The management office goes through more and more Managers in under 3 months first of all. They have no clue what customer service really is. They have the worst attitudes when a renter calls the office. A girl named ----- who works in the office now snaps with an attitude whenever someone calls. I came into the office one afternoon wanting to see their layouts maybe I'd be interested in moving here if someone was to help me NO ONE did. No greeting nothing!

6 months ago I was here visiting from NYC and the other day i was told what was going on in this community. I'm not shocked they they can't deal with anything let alone call themselves management. There are teenagers in the apartments running around with very large pellet guns and and shooting up the woods behind the buildings. This girl went around with a "petition" to most of her "friends" to ask if they are interested in signing it. Most of them did but only a few turned their heads. The Mgmt now states that she doesn't have the right to do this when she clearly does that's first off, secondly they are blaming her and refuse to handle the situation. Now that others have called the office the people at the office are now up in arms and don't know what to do. It's doesn't state anything in the lease that she can't do this. They say she's soliciting and that's not what she was doing.

The people in the office are PATHETIC and seriously need customer service skills ASAP!!!! They put up this front stating this place is a great place to live when in fact it isn't. Put on a happy face and when you come into the office they are back to square one. --------. If I ever visit my friends it will be at a hotel never will I step foot in that complex again.
