Since moving into Aylesbury both pools have been closed and ----- in the office(no customer skiils) has no idea when they will be open. This is a huge amenity that we are paying for, but are not receiving and it is a big disappointment!

no kidding. I have encountered ----- as well, and she is a snippy, rude person and the sole reason I persoally chose not to rent here.I have a friend that resides there and says at this time of the year, no pool is available. I have been down there so called "nature trail" to check out the premisis and found unsupervised teenaers discarding beer cans. I also have seen my friend that lives there atleast 5-6 times and have never had to call her to get into the gate. How is that a gated community? When I helped my friend move in awhile ago there was a great and helpfull staff. Disappointmet is an understatement with the new staff. (exception, of course, for -----)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Location was great, false advertisment of the greatness of this complex made my mind up, oh and the fact that I read other bad reviews including others who recieved the same cold, inaapropriate, unprofessional girl, -----! I hope that all means are taken to properly train such a person that represents a big company and provide her with information to adequitely relay to residents paying a premium for good service.

BOTH WRONG!!! Only 1 pool was closed during renovations only. If you weren't too lazy you could have walked over to the Woodland Pool which has never been closed during the last two years since I moved to Aylesbury Farms. The only 2 things that were closed were the critical writer's eyes and mind. Do the other tennants a favor and move out -

The woodland pool has not been opened ALL summer in 2009. I have checked every weekend. The rude and unprofessional staff REALLY needs to stop posting responses. You guys are horrible!
