I have lived in this complex almost two years and have never had any major problems. Yes, I would agree they are overpriced, but right next door are townhouses selling for $300K! Management isn't the greatest, but I've never had a good experience with management in any of the complexes I've ever lived in. This is a really nice area and I have really enjoyed living there. Only moving due to changing jobs.
