The people who work in the office have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. ----- (Manager) as well as the other leasing staff have a 'fact-of-the matter' attitude. Their response is "well, you have to understand I deal with these things everyday". Of course you do lady this is YOUR JOB; WE ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS and without us you would be flipping burgers! We pay you to live there. Its not free!!! We deserve to live in a safe, clean, an kept-up environment. The back gate is ALWAYS OPEN. During the evening, in the GYM and tennis courts there are teens rough playing on the equipment. The are clusters of teens hanging in the parking lots at night. Just the other night I witnessed a teen hit a tree and a parked car during their 'hang out session' in front of 2300 bldg. The trash bins are always overflowing w/ rubbish, its filthy! The lights in the walkways out, leading to unsafe walking at night. Good luck trying to get them to replace something so little as an air filter. NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE... Something needs to be done, I find it hard to believe they cant find any professional help.
