Aylesbury Farms

We lived here for about 3.5 years and recently moved out. Initially we loved the place but soon discovered that it is infested with bugs and so when we left we had to throw away our furniture and matterss (which were relatively new since we bought everything when we moved here - which was about $2000 worth, Leather Couch set, dining table etc).
What really bugged us more was that they charged us 1200$ moving charges because after 4 years of us living there, they had to change the carpet (usually apartments price in normal wear and tear related maintenance in the rent. Aylesbury is anyways more expensive and then this on top of that). When we asked around, it turned out a few of our friends who lived there too were charged about the same - it seems like its a normal practice for them. Thus if you are planning on moving there, watch out for the bugs and add another months rent to your calculations.
Other points
1. Maintenance was effective and usually same day
2. Gym is excellent
3. Entry gate is rarely functional
4. Rental Office staff is not very courteous
