There are better communities out there than this one. The apartments are old, the maintenance sucks, you have to follow up atleast 2-3 times before they come on. And finally when you move out simply forget the deposits. They simply add ridiculous charges for damage , cleaning, etc. In short do not move in this apartment, there are better options available out there.

First I want to say that I don't work for nor am I friends with anyone that works for Aylesbury Farms. I have lived here for 7 years. I am not disputing what you are saying but it had to be an isolated situation. In the 7 years I have lived here not once have I called the office for a maintenance request that was not responded to the same day I called. I even had a situation at midnight on the weekend and they were here within 30 minutes at most. These guys work hard, are very friendly and over all do a good job, a never ending job and one I feel is a thankless job.

I agree with the Maintenance staff. They ROCK! The office is left to be desired. They do NOT know how to run a complex let alone read! It's in lease and they lie about everything after you move out!

I agree when you move out forget about your deposit. They wanted to keep my deposit and charge me more!

That's true, They will keep all deposit and charge more. Don't move to this apt. This is my worst place I lived in.

I lived there a 2 years ago. At the time it was a very nice apartment complex, maintenance was great (very timely, thorough and professional). I would agree about forgetting your deposit, and the front office could be friendlier.

NO WONDER THE EMPLOYEES CHANGES EVERY MONTH! THEY SUCK AT WHAT THEY DO!

I agree that not everything is perfect, but really most people live like slobs and think they are clean - would you want to go in and clean up after slobs who haven't cleaned their toilets for months on end and think pet urine carpet is normal - be fair and you will be taken seriously.
