I'm speaking for all the people who are about to move in to this apartment of hell. We just recently moved out and they charged us approximately $700 for penalty fees and they took it off from our deposit which was about $900. And what a surprise from such a ------ apartment with large cockroaches moving in and out just about anywhere in the house and centipedes hiding under your furniture. If you call for the pest control they will just spray a bunch of crap that doesn't help AT ALL. If something is broken in the house they say they will fix them and comes 2 weeks later WTF. They charged us $525 just for a carpet fee? I mean is it really necessary even after THE APARMENT CLEANERS cleaned the carpet for us and still charge us a penalty fee? SERIOUSLY DON'T MOVE IN TO THIS APARTMENT THEY WILL RIP OFF ALL THE MONEY OUT FROM YOUR POCKET. I just have one last word if you are still willing to move in after you saw my review. YOU ARE GOING TO BE SO ANGRY YOU WILL WRITE A REVIEW JUST LIKE I DID. They will bascially charge you for anything they could ever think of making up dumb reasons why we should pay it. If it's necessary to sue this apartment I would go for it. Staffs are only kind to you when u hand them the money. Seriously they have the most unsanitary swimming pool ever. What a terrible place I've been living for the past few years.... sigh....
