My wife and I lived in this complex for 15 months (which was 14 months too long). The management changed 3 times while we were there because they were trying to "fix the problem." The problem is/was that they have no clue how to run an effective complex. The maintenance team was great...and even they complained about the management. The floorplans are nice, but the apartments are over 17 years old (with the original stove and fridge). You will have bugs, and the management won't really care. They will try to make you feel better by offering you free rent...but than not solve the problem. Just make sure you ask LOTS of questions before you even consider moving in.
