I've lived here for a little while. When I first moved in the quality of people living here was fine. However, recently it seems anyone with enough $$ for a deposit and first month's rent is moving in. All the decent people are moving out. Those moving in are loud, low rent and NOT the type of people I want around.
Not to mention the dogs running loose. I'm fine with a pet friendly appartment complex -whatever. But, I have seen people's dogs get attacked by off leash dogs. Management sends out letters, but little else.
The maintence guys used to be great, but the good ones are gone now. Nothing's broken so I don't know how quickly they will respond. Mostly I see them hanging out in the parking lot drinking!!!
The girls at the office are nice, but overall - I wouldn't move in again. Kind of sad, the property (trees and such) are great and the floor plans are awesome. However, there is usually trash all around.
