There are so many things about this place that just make my blood boil.

For those of you who are cosidering moving to the Duluth area and are looking for an apartment, whatever you do, stay away from Berkeley Landing on Peachtree Industrial. Initially we were attracted to it because the advertise how "dog friendly" they are. Well that's --------! As a matter of fact they're not friendly at all.

I could go on with a long list of reasons, instead, I'll just name the one that bother me most.

1. The law stating no more than two people per room, per apartment means nothing to the idiots running the place. It's pretty bad when you want to have people over for a cookout, but you're too embarassed about the 15 -------- living in the apartment across the street from you.

2. They consistently loose rent check on a regular basis.

3. The "24" hour maintenance is --------. Our neighbors dinning room floods at 4 a.m. and no one even called them back. Turns out they have a crack in the foundation, but the managers want to wait for another rain before they do anything about it, just to be sure that's the problem. Hello! They have a very visible crake in their floor!

4. The number 1 thing that pisses me off more than anything is the whole dog issue. My neighbors and I have big dogs that love to run. Where our apartment is located we have a huge grass area that sits away from everything and everyone. From time to time we let them run and play with eachother. All the dogs are friendly and have never shown any agression. So here we are outside minding our own business on a nice Sunday afternoon and the stupid mexican lady from the front office (who can bearly speak english)decides shes going to be a ---- and call the police on us. What a -----! We all get $45 tickets for not having our dogs on a leash just because she wants to be a -----.

PLEASE BEWARE!!! TELL ANYONE INTERESTED TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE!!!

I think it's the people like you all, the prejudice ones who think that what you want is the only thing that matters, who should be thrown out. It's awfully funny that you can throw slang so quickly when it's you that has a problem with a mexican, but what about when someone like me has a problem with somehting you are doing. Like takiing up too much parking, or loud music because you are inconsiderate??? The staff here is great. The management is the best I have across in years of renting in several states!!!
