Its 3am and me, my husband, our 7 year old and our 11 mon old are up because its 84 degrees in our apartment!!!!!!!! My husband has been evicted for defending his preagnant wife from a drunken 20 year old- that we complained about 4 months ago to no avail. This place is like a living nightmare! And as far as your office staff- as long as you dont ever make complaints or need anything fixed then they are sweet as pie when you pay the rent otherwise they are rude and EVERYTHING that everyone has said in these complaints are 100% true!!!!! This is not accusing anyone of anything just letting everyone know how pleasant it is here in HOME SWEET HELL

Dear Up at 3 am! I would suggest new residents and old residents contact Duluth Police Dept. for open court records of any incidents that have happen at Berkeley Landing. I have lived here for over a year and this is a quiet place to live. Duluth Police patrol the property and maintain any disorderly conduct to keep Duluth a safe place to live. Berkeley Landing is in the city of limits of Duluth and that is why I live here. The duluth police officers do their job VERY WELL!

I live here in the apartments too..my problems isnt with the property..but with all but one of the office personel. We have made a number of complaints as to the overall workmanship of the apartment..and NOTHING is done. There is a huge area that needs carpet padding..a sink that has no water pressure and those DARN mosquitos..that attack at will. We will NOT be signing another lease here.

i thought the private entry way was great but i want to ask you did you have any bug problems thats what i cant handle ex: roaches and if someone lived above you could you hear alot of noise i work a night job so thats why im asking i need sleep during the day light hours. thank you for your time.

I think robin is just awful! Don't let this evil woman fool you!! Run far far away. Don't make the same mistake I made and rent here.

Hey moneywasted and losthope...I think that the both of you should get lost so that the residents here, like myself, can live in a more peaceful environment...you people who complain all the time suck! The apartment staff rocks!

to happy renting- you are so full of it just wait until you need something fixed or you are almost assulted at 7 mons pregnant by an underage drunk neighbor then you can see how much the staff and people like you suck!!!!!!!! So you just moved in well lets see what you have to say about the GHETTO in 6 months.
