I would like to start by saying that all of the angry tenants are the ones who cause the problems in this community. the staff is great. Alms would bend over backwards and help you, and the manager, Robin, is absolutely sensational!!! I love them!!! The maintenance could not be any better and I have never had any problems getting anything fixed. The property is always clean and I am never embarrased to have friends or family over!!! Anyone moving to the Duluth area should consider this great apartment community!!!

Why do you get so mad about people not liking this place? Sounds like you are to wrapped in Berkley Landing. Are you an employee? No im not on drugs and not only have i moved but i have a huge lawsuit! So get over yourself!!!

money wasted, you are totally wrong. It was rude of you to imply that that person was on drugs knowing that you probably are. It is red neck hillbillie, gap-toothed people like you who make ignorant statements such as that, and I hope that you find somewhere else to live, with people who are just as stupid as you!
