After looking at several properties in the Duluth, Lawrenceville, and surrounding areas, I chose Berkeley Landing. I chose this place because the property was clean, well lit, and the office staff bent over backwards to help assist me. There is also someone on the police department staff living on this property, so I feel very safe. The property is close to so many things, and contrary to popular belief, this property is not ghetto at all. I have read all of these things on this website which is actually why I am responding on here. Every community has some bad seeds, but look up the sex offender site and see if anyone lives on this property, or the crime rate from the Duluth Police department. Thanks to the staff at my new home!!!!!!

I have to agree with the crime rate and lack of sex offenders in the community. There is a police officer on site and the staff doesn't allow for a lot of crap. This place is awesome. I love it here!!!
