We lived here for close to 3 years and it has finally reached impossible! The office mgmt is HORRID. Bugs are a huge threat and they say well spray monday but you dont get sprayed for months- then they only spray along the front outside of the apartment. My rent has never been late and i was treated desent until I needed them to with hold thier end of the lease! There is a tennents underage son hanging around the office all of the time nosing in everyones business then telling all, fellow renters this has got to end! I have read all of these reviews and the only ones that are not true are the ones that could have been Berkley Lake employees! Yes they will do things like lie and write a review to make themselves look better. Sad but true!I have asked for a coorperate # on several occasions but all i am told is that the complaint will be sent back to Robin "manager" Idoubt that would happen if they knew how she really managed thier property!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, you live at Berkeley Landing, not Berkeley Lake! I have lived in this neighborhood for 6 years and i have not had a single bad experience. You must have a bad attitude bacause the office staff is the best that I have ever seen, and Robin does an excellent job. You need to go back to high school english and learn some spelling. I almost couldn't read your complaint because it seemed like a six year old wrote it, so get your facts straight and if your that big of a dumbass then we don't need/want you in our neighborhood ANYWAY!!!!!!

This seems to be another one of the office staff! I lived there for some time and everything you say about this place & staff are lies!!! So it seems to be that you are the dumbass for thinking you could fool anyone there are no happy tennets there so dogwalker1 have you been there for 6 years or 5! Basic math is tought in first grade!!!!!

moneywasted, how about getting a life other than to complain because the management did what they are supposed to do you loser. The staff is great, the maintenance guys do their job, and the property is clean and safe. There isn't the greatest amount of space to park, but every property is going to have some problem to deal with.

Still a horrible place to live in 2007, don't bother renting here, you will regret it.
