I lived here for over 2 years. Older apartments but everything was pretty clean. The big dogs running around didn't bother me because they were really nice, but I can see it being a problem for some people. The place was mostly quite, I had really good neighbors. I found the office staff very nice, especially Alma. The only time I sa them was when I payed my rent or picked up a package. No crime at all for the 2 years I was there. The only complaint I have is the lack of assigned parking. Some cars that never move took the parking spots in front of my building. Overall, if you don't need all the amenities of a newer property and apartment, this is a great place to live.
