So the chief lives here SO WHAT!!!!!!!!! We have lived here for 1 week and this ---- happens' Robin promised this to be a safe place. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA You lying ass -----! Screw you and your lease. Accidents due happen. I'm sure you could call the Duluth PD and see the actual report. Your responsible for your own safety. I have lived here 2 years and nothing bad has happened here. The office staff has always been helpful to me and any complaints I have had. Imagine having their job and dealing with people like you. By the way, the chief is my neighbor and I wouldn't put him down like that. Ask around, Duluth Police takes their job VERY seriously and doesn't like rude inconsiderate words wrote about him. Get over it. Who are you going to blame if you ever own a home and this happens in your neighborhood? In closing, DRUGS and MURDER? Where did that come from? Are you a suspect?

HELL NO Im not a suspect. Im just upset that I moved here for the saftey of my young children and feel I was lied to from day one! Im just a single dad tring to live safe and right!!!!!!!!! Im sorry to the chief but this should not have happened!

I live here too. I also heard the 3 gunshots. Now I too believe that it's possible to have an accidental shooting - but how can you fire a gun THREE times and it be considered an accident!!!! This is crazy. I've not felt safe in this complex for a long time. Been here for over a year. Am affraid to break my lease. Know some families who have and are now blackballed throughout the apartment leasing agencies. And they are not bad people. Only wanted to leave this dangerous complex. A 10 year old child of one of the families was assulted by a grown man who had jumped out of the bushes and grabbed the boy along with the house keys. Fortunately for the boy, a person from another building saw what was happening and yelled. The man fled. Of course you'll never hear anything about this through the office - and yes a police report was made. By the way, it happened in the same building the Chief lives. This family left and now owe over $5000.00 to try to keep their family safe. THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS!!!!!

The drugs are being bought and sold in the parking lot right in front of the chief's apartment, nothing happens to them. My apartment was broken into, funny thing was someone besides my husband and I had the key and they used it. A month later my 10 yr. old son was attacked outside of our apartment door by a grown man. My son gave the officers a complete description of the guy. An anonymous person gave a tip on a vehicle driven by this person and wouldn't you know that there are 2 of those same described cars registered in the complex. The office and the chief still wouldn't do anything. he's suppose to be the courtesy officer for the complex, but whenever you have a problem and need to call him they say he's on vacation or is unavailable. Here's whats funny though, I could walk upstairs and his vehicle would be parked right there! What's the point of having him? Everyone treats him as a joke anyway and he won't do his job! This apartment complex doesn't care about your safety, they only want your money. When i informed the office that we would be moving due to the fact that they broke my lease by mortal fear of my families' lives. We were in somewhere else until Robin felt the need to personally call there and made slanderous accusations causing us to lose the place. Mot to mention she had put us under eviction. But thats okay, she thought she won but she hasn't and she won't. The battle has only begun!

wow..i lived there when i was 3-10 and none of that ---- happened..im 13 now..but...god guys...thats alotta ----..move out!!and..is there any kids by the name of julio there?i want to know if he still lives there..hes my friend from GA
