Moved in in Feb 2006. We love it so far. Very spacious one bedroom for a great price. We have had no problems, quick response to calls for maintenance. Seems that our side of the complex (behind the office) may be the quieter side. Would definitely reccommend... aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

It won't bee too long before the enchantment wears off!!!!! Wait till the huge palmetto bugs crawl out or your drains, or the huge millepedes crawl up your legs while you're in the shower!!!! How long have yu worked for the complex? The only people I know who have anything good to say about it are the employees. Wait till you can't sleep at night 'cause the neighbors are having a party and the music is so loud that the pictures in your apartment are falling off the walls. I have to keep mine secure with duct tape, and even then, they have a tendency to shift. I can't use my balcony, because the mexican guys keep coming out on theirs and making rude comments to me. Now the recent gasoline prices, I filled up my car with gas on a FRiday, and the tank was empty on Monday morning. I hadn't gone anywhere!!! so Monday afternoon, I put another $5.00 in the tank - it was gone too. Took my car in for repair (thinking I had a leak, No LEAK. So Now I just keep it on empty. I did however, see someone siphoning gas out of another car just the next day. So I'm gald your're happy for now - It will wear off!!!!! Disenchanted.
