I am new to the Atlanta area and have been here at Berkeley Landing since April due to a job relocation. I must say that I have enjoyed my experience here thus far. It seems to have all the basic requirements that me and my family looked for from an apartment. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion(usually the day of the request, or the next day)and the front desk women have been helpful thus far. It is typically very quiet and peaceful at night, and the parking in the complex is pretty well lit. But like most apartments, Berkeley Landing has flaws,(older apartment buildings, some bugs every now and then, a little noise here and there,) but all of this is expected from living in an apartment complex. I hope this description of my experience here give you a general idea of the complex if you are currently interested in moving in the area, but be sure to always MAKE A JUDGEMENT FOR YOURSELF OF ANY COMPLEX, regardless of all the good and bad opinions that you hear from others. CHECK OUT THE COMPLEX FOR YOURSELF, that's what me and my family did and we are personally satisfied with our selection of Berkeley Landing.
