I have lived in this property for one year. The only one reason that I am moving out from there because of my job relocation. I really loved living here. Property is nice and quite. Maintanance stuff is very nice and always follow up with the work orders. Office stuff is nice too. I don't understand all these bad reviews about this property because for me it sound not right. I loved living here and especialy for my kids because this area has the best schools! I would recommend to all my friends to move to Berkeley landing!
