We've lived here 2 years now. Under the previous management, this was a great place to live but it has gone downhill and FAST. We now have bugs (when we never did before) and it takes a long time for the bug guy to come to spray. We had a leak in our ceiling for a year before it was finally fixed. Maintence used to come the day we put in for them now we wait at least 2 weeks for things to get fixed. The dumpster is usually overflowing (we only have 1 for the whole complex). We used to love it here but with the new management, it's not worth it. Oh. and they are bad about putting tow stickers on your cars. I got one because they couldn't see my tag!!(I had backed into the parking space!)
