I've Lived here a year and just signed another lease! I like it. I've only had a few problems though. There are a few roaches every once in a while. And I'm on the top floor and when it rained really hard the celing started leaking in my bathroom!! They kind of half a*s fixed it, but besides that it's a nice place to live. It's very quit , I think because I am on the top floor. The maintenance is very prompt. My AC went out and they were there in like 45 mins!! And I wish my balcony was covered Because I like to sit outside but I'm scared a spider might jump on me from a tree.

We have a few "resident" spiders too. Otherwise, it is pretty quiet and well shaded. We have some neighbors below us that use the space under our stairs as storage for all their unwanted stuff... and their kids hang out all over our stairs... but that's their issue, not the complex's. Overall, not bad for the price!
