If you are considering this property - do a tour of the entire property. Check out the exterior of the buildings especially and the lack of maintenance to the property beyond the front entrance. Don't just visit during a week day - show up in the evening around 7PM and check out the multitude of kids running wild throughout the complex and the number of people just "hanging out." Also, check the police reports -just a suggestion.

sorry about that. other than that incident, would you say that there are other issues: like cockroaches, ants, lots of noise and lots of break-in. i planing on moving there this spring, and i don't want to regret it.

lots of ants - lots of roaches - many cars just cruising around the comples - tons of issues with maintenance of the property!

I live here and I agree with the review! My master bathroom has not worked since February-it is now september! I have had numerous service calls and the last guy told me to try and hold the toilet lever for 5 seconds and just flush multiple times! that is ridiculous! it is so bad I am planning on breaking my lease. there was a time where we had a crazy lady with a sword knock on our door for over a month early in the morning and in the afternoon! This happened to numerous residents. management did nothing! Come to find out, the lady lived here! A CRAZY LADY GOT A LEASE HERE AND THE COMPLEX WAS AWARE!!! that is the most unsafe thing! especially when you have kids and the last thing you want is a crazy lady with a sword walking around them as they play outside! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Last I heard the crazy lady was taken to jail and kept there. She was arrested numerous times and we witnessed several of the times the police came to talk to her. Yeah, she was crazy. The person posting isn't exaggerating but she's been gone a while now. BTW, she lived upstairs behind us so we got to know her really well. Lucky us, for some reason she took a liking to us and would hug us every time she saw us!lmao That's about the only real weirdness we've come across here though. All the rest of our neighbors are perfectly normal and keep to themselves.
