I'm planing on moving there this spring, and my biggest issue is "cockroaches and ants". Can anyone who currently live there or lived there in the past let me know if the place is worth my time and money' k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

We've lived here almost two years and I could probably count on one hand all the roached we've seen. The few times we did see a roach, an exterminator came in that same week to spray the apartment. As far as ants, the only ants we've seen were on the patio during the summer. They did get into the apartment from the patio door once but again, they came and sprayed and the ants were gone.

I have been there only a few days, just moved in, but I have not seen one single bug. I chose 2nd floor as bugs are less likely as you go up. I love my apt. New carpet and tile. It's really cute. Only word of caution I would issue is that the property manager is a WITCH. She is the rudest, nastiest person I have met in a long time. I applied for an apt there and returned later with the deposit and application fee, etc. I had been working with Nancy but she had gone for the day. I explained to the manager (I think her name is Sharon) why I was there and she just stood there staring at me w/ her lip curled up. I have an issue w/ my gas (I have no heat) and she was very, very rude to me on the phone about it. Ah well, I just hope I have few issues and I won't have to deal with her.... Otherwise I love it. It's quiet and when the leaves come out on the trees it will be shaded and beautiful! My downstairs neighbor is really nice. Apt is really cute. Even though I have only been here a few days, I like it. Hopefully my opinion will stay that way!!

i love the apt. its huge. price is good too. my appliences are super old. which kind of suck. also i had lots of prob w/ my heater. i dont think that the maitnence man really knows what he doin. thats not really the issue. what really ticks me off, is the fact that "sharon lady" the prop maneger was really rude about the issue. did see a couple of ants in the 4 month ive been living here. but i guess u get wht u pay for. other then that great location, lots of space for good $. P.S. my mom jus moved in, and her appliences are way more up to date.
