If cockroaches and ants are your biggest worry! You will have a lot to
worry about at Berkley Landing. I was a tennant there. Me and my family
seen roches on a regular basis. Regular meaning 2 to 3 a day. They really
liked to come out at night during bed time. My kids were not the only ones
who wanted to hear a bedtime story. I would constantly be woke up by my screaming
wife to kill a roach,waterbug,or click beatle. Our apartment would flood when the people upstairs washed their clothes. Management did not provide us with a river raft or life jacket. That is of course at your own expense. Maintenance would send pest control out to spray some insecticide on where they assumed their nesting ground was. Did not work..I guess they loved to see the candy man coming. Word of advice..Do not land at Berkeley keep flying. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
