I plan on moving in the early summer, berkeley landing's a option of mine and i wanted to know somethings about this place, any maintenance i can handle myself, i don't have a car so i don't have to worry about break-ins and I'll buy my own alarm system for my apartment. so is there anything else i should worry about' i know its not a higher end place and i don't expect it to be... i just want to know if i can live comfortably.

MAKE SURE UR APPT IS IN THE GOOD CONDITION B4 YOU MOVE IN. ITS PRETTY SPACIOUS APT, FOR THE $. WATCH OUT FOR THE BUGS( I HATE BUGS). I FEEL PRETTY SAFE THERE FOR MOST OF THE TIME. ONE MORE THING WALLS ARE SUPER THING AND I CAN HEAR PEOPLE DOWNSTAIRS ''DOING IT'', AND YELLING AT EACH OTHER. GET U SOME HEADPHONES, A BUG SPRAY, AND YOU GOOD TO GO.
