Management is a joke. The trash compactor is overflowing every weekend. Supposedly there is a courtesy officer, but I called the answering service last night to request him and was told all they could do was leave a message for the office - on a Saturday night that isn't much help. Twice I have paid my rent on time then gotten a citation for not paying it due to "office error". I was 5 days late getting my car tag renewed (I've been laid off for 8 months) so management had my car towed. My stove only works sporadically, but maintenance just insists nothing is wrong with it.

Yep... our faucets drip, our toliets run constantly... I know these things can be fixed with simple repairs, but they just put a "band-aid" on it and move on. With the current drought, and our flat fee for water, you'd think they would repair those things first!
