In my opinion it's really not a bad place. I lived in Stone Mountain previously and this place is 100% better. I have no bugs, nice neighbors and the staff resolves my issues in a timely manner.

This complex IS better than some of the other ones out there. The crime is limited, the neighbors aren't too bad and the apartments are only slightly in disrepair. Hey, my car was only keyed once! Hurrah for Berkley Landing! I guess its all about what you're able to live with. You're in the "honeymoon" phase. Give it a few years and see how you feel then. The staff gives progressively less of a crap the longer you stick around.

The last sentence the responder above me wrote is VERY true. We've been here 3 years and it takes longer and longer to get anything fixed. The maintenance guys are really nice though. We haven't had any crime but have gotten notes on our door about robberies and a couple of rapes. Luckily, we live underneath a group of rehab people so our apartment is always being watched by security guards for the rehab. I've never felt unsafe here either. I do wish they would fix the tennis courts and make the kids stay off of it. They actually encourage the kids to play there. Guess it's better than them playing in the roads but forgive me if I'm wrong but isn't it called a TENNIS court? Not a biking/soccer/football/boarding court...

It was nice when I first moved in.but since the new managment these apartements suck huge a.. now. It is dirty, the pool is discusting. crackheads roaming the street. I am moving out as soon as my lease is up.
