Seems to me like a manager wrote this review. Like most PROPERTY MANAGERS, this one is scared that no one will rent there because .....uh....they want to live. Don't worry hun, you can get a job elsewhere!

Apparently, this person is missing the point or just wanted to put together gibberish. True, I am a Property Manager, however I could care less if anyone ever lives at Bridgewater...I don't manage them. Maybe if you read this really slowly you will not miss the point this time. Just because an incident takes place in a particular community it does not reflect the managerial ability or the quality of residents in that community. A Property Manager can not possibly control every resident, every apartment, every visitor, every moment of every day. However, to insinuate that a community is dangerous just because of one isolated incident is ludicrous. If that is to be the case, then it would be a fair assumption that all communities are dangerous because violent incidents occur everywhere. Furthermore, "hun" I'm not too worried about getting a job elsewhere, but thank you for your concern.
