Truly Unfair

I have lived here for 2 years mostly because I hate to move. The staff is excellent and the maintenance is right on time.
My major complaint is unfair business practices and out right lies, which have nothing to do with the worker bees but show the greed of management and the management company policies.
They have been using the market values that were posted during the olympics and have not bothered to update it since and still have the audacity to say Fair Market Value, everyone knows that market values change from year to year, except Bridgewater.
I don't mind good business minded people who want to make a profit - "That's just business". But to be dishonest about it and change and apply general leasing rules depending on who you are dealing with is just wrong.
They have a wonderful area that they show everyone with flat screen TV's and games but they do not tell you that you have very limited use, VERY LIMITED.
The fitness area and laundry room closes at 10 and if you are in there past 10pm I hope you have your phone.
The pool is in constant repair and they are never in any real hurry to fix any amenity problems. But if your rent or lease payment is not in by the third, grab your ankles and close your eyes because the Unfair Market value Price is about to be very Unfair.
The courtesy law enforcement on property are here as a courtesy to the themselves and every 2 months the go on a racial profiling binge throughout the property, just cause they can.
